This hybrid of the beautiful Tillandsia capitata and stately Tillandsia xerographica is one of our personal favorite air plants. These air plants will produce offsets also known as pups more quickly than xerographicas, and will bloom an amazing and colorful flower when receiving good light and fertilization.
*These large air plants are heartier than most because of the xerographica, which can tolerate more sunlight. They do not need as frequent waterings and we suggest that they be dunked in water and lightly shaken to drain excess, versus weekly longer soaks (depending on their environment).
